Meeting Space

Meeting space at ILMC is being fully reimagined for 2027 with a brand-new central networking hub – ILMC Central – opening up on the ground floor. It’s a new focal point for the whole event with plenty of space for private conversations.

Beyond ILMC Central, the Royal Lancaster offers a myriad of meeting spaces such as The Park Restaurant and Strangey’s Bar. These areas come fully equipped for the journey, with comfortable seating and tea & coffee or a bar service.

This year we are also offering private meeting spaces and cabins for hire (see below), and for those looking to meet outside of the hotel, ILMC 39 will once again see us take over our very own pub, The Swan, just moments from the hotel.

Cabins for hire

You asked, and we listened. ILMC 39 is offering private meeting spaces and cabins for hire – giving travellers somewhere to retreat and meet away from the busy concourses.

We have three well-equipped private meeting rooms for hire, either by the hour or half day. Rooms can accommodate up to 14 boardroom.

Half Day (09:00am – 13:00pm or 14:00 – 18:00pm) – £400
Coffee/tea/water included.
