Our Location

ILMC takes place at the Royal Lancaster London. It is located close to Lancaster Gate tube station, which is on the Central line of the London Underground, and Paddington tube station (which is on the Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines) and Paddington train station, which offers direct links to Heathrow Airport.

ILMC is committed to reducing its carbon footprint, and we’d encourage all fellow travellers to do the same.

For those flying into London, do consider one of the many carbon offsetting – or preferably carbon removal – programmes available to air travellers.

Where possible, consider active transport methods to complete your own journey to ILMC, such as cycling or public transport. Or, if you keep on theme this year, charter a hot air balloon or take an elephant across Hyde Park.

From Heathrow Airport

15 minutes by rail on the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station (from £25 one way), then a 6-minute walk from Paddington Station to the Royal Lancaster London Hotel.

From Gatwick Airport

30 minutes by rail on Gatwick Express to Victoria Station (from £24 one way), then 20 minutes by public transport (tube) to the Royal Lancaster London.

From St Pancras – Eurostar

20 minutes by public transport (tube) from St Pancras to the Royal Lancaster London Hotel.
