When will I receive my Networking Scheme login?

The Networking Scheme will go live mid-January 2027, when you will automatically receive a login to the email address you used when registering for ILMC.

The Networking Scheme will then be updated with new registrations every Friday afternoon.

Where do I meet other delegates?

Meeting space at ILMC is being fully reimagined for 2027 with a brand-new central networking hub – ILMC Central – opening up on the ground floor. It’s a new focal point for the whole event with plenty of space for private conversations.

Can I record or video conference sessions?

Unfortunately, not. The recording and videoing of conference sessions, workshops, and keynotes, is forbidden.

If I have a problem while at ILMC, who do I contact?

You can contact the Help Desk, which is located at the front of the hotel on the ground floor near the Registration Desk.

Alternatively, you can get in contact with our welfare officer.

What happens if I lose my conference pass?

Unfortunately, lost conference passes will incur a replacement fee.
