To generate a VAT invoice after having made your ticket purchase for any of our events via Universe, please navigate to My Tickets.

Full instructions on generating your invoice can be found here. Please note, you must create a Universe account and sign in to access the My Tickets page. Invoice details cannot be changed once entered.

If you ‘checked out as guest’ without having created a Universe account, please follow the instructions here to create your Universe account first and then the above to generate your invoice.

Please email registration@ilmc.com to pay by bank transfer if you are unable to book using a credit card.

This option is at our discretion and is not possible for either super early-bird or walk-up rates.

Bank transfer payments may incur a processing fee.

You can cancel your registration for a full refund until 6pm GMT on Friday, 22 January 2027. No refunds will be given after 6pm GMT 22 January 2027.

Alternatively, or once the refund deadline has passed, you can change the name on your ILMC registration up until the ILMC pass is collected at the event for a name-change fee of £30, including the rate difference if changing from a previous delegate to a new delegate).

Please note that changes to ILMC registrations will NOT be passed on to the hotel, so any accommodation booked in your name must also be amended by you.

Tickets to the Gala Dinner can be cancelled and refunded until the same deadline.

Gala Dinner tables or tickets after the deadline cannot be cancelled, however, we can try to resell them and refund you.

The Networking Scheme will go live mid-January 2027, when you will automatically receive a login to the email address you used when registering for ILMC.

The Networking Scheme will then be updated with new registrations every Friday afternoon.
